Tenure of deputation, salary, and allowances for the IB ACIO 2022 recruitment
There is a minimum tenure of 3 or 5 years (depending on the RRs of the post applied for), which can be extended up to a maximum of 7 years. Selective personnel will be deputed in accordance with the DOP&T & MHA guidelines, especially the DoP&T OM No.

IB Recruitment Salary Details
- According to the 7th CPC, Assistant Central Intelligence Officer-I/Executive is paid between 47,600 and 1,51,100.
- The salary range for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer-II/Executive is 44,900-1,42,400 (level 7 of the pay matrix).
- According to the 7th CPC, Junior Intelligence Officer-II/Executive is at level 4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100).
- As per the 7th CPC, the Pay Matrix for Security Assistant/Executive is Level 3 (Rs.21,700 – 69,100).
- The pay scale for a Junior Intelligence Officer-I (Motor Transport) is 25500-81100 as per the 7th CPC (Rs. 5200-20200 with a grade pay of Rs. 2800 as per the pre-revised scales of the 6th CPC)
