NABARD Recruitment 2022 Check Notification and Important Dates
Applicants are invited to apply for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade A (RDBS/Rajbhasha) and (P & SS) services offered by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). Candidates can apply online through the official website of NABARD at nabard.org.

NABARD Grade A Important Dates
- Applicants will be able to register online and pay fees/intimation charges between July 18 and August 7, 2022
- The first phase (Preliminary) will be conducted online (RDBS/Rajbhasha) on 7 September 2022 (tentative date)
- The tentative date for the interview for the P & SS services will be announced shortly

NABARD Grade A Eligibility
Grade A (RDBS) General : A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR a Postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate OR a CA/CS/ICWA OR a Ph.D from an institution recognized by the government.
Agriculture Engineering : A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering (ST/PWBD applicants – 55% in aggregate) OR a Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of 55% in aggregate (ST/PWBD applicants – 50%).
NABARD Selection Procedure
- Assistant Manager Grade A (Protocol & Security Service) candidates will be selected based on interviews.
- Applicants will be selected for Assistant Manager Grade A (Rajbhasha Service/RDBS) posts through a prelims exam, a main exam, and an interview.
NABARD Grade A Salary
Assistant Manager (P&SS) in Grade ‘A’ : As a starting basic pay, they will receive Rs.28,150/-p.m. applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ in the scale of Rs.28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) – 46600 – EB-1750 (4) – 53600-2000(1) – 55600.
The pay scale for an Assistant Manager (RDBS and Rajbhasha Service) in Grade ‘A’ is as follows: The starting basic pay for selected candidates is Rs.28150/- per month on the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’, as well as Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.
Currently, the initial monthly gross salary is around Rs. 70,000.
